He is much more religious than I, but as I got older I still always did it anyway. I think it is a good thing for a short time each year to have a daily reminder to live more as Jesus did. Whether or not you believe he was the son of God or not there is no denying he was a great man. I mean it's 2000something years later and we are still talking about this one human being.
So I have decided as my motivation I am going to post what I ate for the day at the bottom of each post I do. That way I can share some recipes or ideas and give myself a daily goal. Feel free to comment on my posts what you did to make yourself healthier. Or steal my idea if you want for your blog.Andihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14995380797319132304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5604781279782775869.post-22444289612606398232010-02-17T13:51:40.322+01:002010-02-17T13:51:40.322+01:00Oh, no! The holiday treats are lingering on my waistline. :( So I would definitely be up for being a health-stuff motivation buddy!

This is a really stupid question, but is Lent a Catholic thing? I grew up in a really religious home but we were Protestant and I literally never heard Lent mentioned until I was an adult. So I guess I won't be giving anything up.
